100 Days of Momentum
Challenge!
Starts Aug. 1st

Zero cost to join.

This is a 100-day challenge for midlife women who are ready to show up for themselves consistently, build real momentum, and finally follow through on the things they keep saying matter to them

No perfection required. No overhauling your whole life at once. Just one intentional action, every day, for 100 days. Small and steady is how real change happens.

In this challenge, you'll find support, accountability, and a community of women who are all moving forward together. We celebrate the wins, we keep each other honest, and we don't let excuses do the driving.

The clock is ticking. Your life is waiting.

Let's get moving.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You know what you want. You’ve said it to yourself a hundred times, maybe even said it to other people.

Maybe you're not clear on what you want, but you know what you're doing isn't it.

Somehow, the weeks keep passing, and nothing changes.

You start strong, then slowly fizzle out or stall completely.

You make the plan, then don’t follow through.

You invest in courses, classes, books, webinars, and podcasts, hoping one of them will give you the answers.

You promise yourself this year will be different, and then watch it become the same year again.

Maybe you want to write the book you’ve been talking about for a decade.

Maybe you want to lose 30 lbs. or run a 5k.

Maybe you want more from your relationships.

Maybe you want to take better care of yourself, think differently about your life, become the best version of yourself, or simply start doing the things you keep saying you’ll do.

Whatever it is, you're tired of watching your life keep moving while you stay stuck.

Here's what I want you to know.

The fact that you haven’t done it yet (whatever “it” is) doesn’t mean you can’t.

It means you haven’t done it yet.

That’s all.

Midlife has a way of shifting things. The noise gets quieter. The people-pleasing gets old. You feel time passing, and you start to realize that what you want matters.

Maybe it wasn’t the right time before, or maybe you’ve been making excuses. It doesn’t matter.

If you’re here now, now is the best time to get started.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to take a step in the direction of what you want out of this life.

And you’re in the right place, because that’s exactly what we do here.

How I help.

You already know what matters.

You probably know what needs to change.

The problem isn't information. It's a lack of follow-through and accountability.

Through one-on-one coaching, I help women get honest about what's keeping them stuck, make decisions they keep avoiding, and follow through on the things they say matter.

Because good intentions don't create change. Action does.

A Word of Honesty

I won't promise you that working with me will change your life.

I will promise that if you show up, do the work, and give this your honest effort, you will change.

And when you change, some amazing shit can happen in your life.

But I can't want this more than you do. I can't do the work for you. And I won't pretend otherwise.

I want so much for you, but I'll absolutely call you on your BS. I'll say the things other people might not say to you. If that's a little scary, good. That's where change lives.

In this space, you won't be doing it alone anymore. You'll have the tools, the structure, and accountability from someone in your corner who's completely invested in what's possible for you.

That's not a small thing.

What People are Saying

"Jil makes me think about things from another point of view and gives analogies that open my eyes to things I would have never thought of. She makes me feel like I’m not a bad person for thinking or feeling the way I do, and she validates me. I feel so good after I have talked to her".

 - Becky G.

"Life can get messy. Working with Jil helped me sort through my own mess so that we could work together on my relationships with others. Having Jil as a guide, I had the support, encouragement, and plans needed to make positive changes in my relationships. And those changes have had lasting results".

- Jen E.

About

Hi, I’m Jil, Midlife Momentum Coach.

I’m not going to pretend I’m standing at the finish line waiting for you.

I’m on this road too.

I’ve done a lot of work on myself over the years. Different approaches, different frameworks, different attempts to become the woman I knew I was capable of being.

Some of it helped. Some of it didn’t. But eventually something clicked. It shifted everything for me and actually (finally) moved the needle in places I had felt stuck for years.

I realized we aren't taught this stuff in life, and if it could help me this much, it could help other women, too. I couldn't just keep this to myself.

That’s why The Life She Owns exists. Not because I have all the answers or am doing life perfectly, but because I’ve found something that works. And I built a place where women can come do this work with real tools and someone in their corner who gets it.

I’ll bring the structure, the tools, and the accountability. You bring the willingness to show up and do the work.

The rest we figure out together.

My Mission

To help midlife women stop living in the "what if" and start living from "hell yeah".

I want to help her see herself clearly. Not her stories. Not her limitations. But what she's actually capable of.

Because the clock is ticking, and I want all of us to get to the end of this ride with more peace than regrets. If I can help women do that, what an amazing purpose I will have fulfilled. That is my mission.
